Summer Sounds is a free
local event held on
the waterfront in Skansie
Brothers Park, in historic
downtown Gig Harbor.
The extremely popular
free outdoor concert
series is held each
week from June till
August.
Bring chairs,
blankets, and perhaps
a picnic and set up
for a night of fun and
music.

on Destiny Harbor Tours
restored U.S. Navy boats
that are certified for
up to 33 passengers
each. They offer
1-2 hour scheduled tours
or private tours that
can range from 1 to
10 hours. Bring your
camera because you are
more than likely to
see beautiful sail boats,
seals, or perhaps an
orca whale!
Harbor WildWatch
Harbor WildWatch was
founded in 2004 and
now provides education
and outreach programs
that focus on informing
the community about
sustainability of the
area's marine resources.
Have the chance
to feel a jellyfish
or hold a starfish at
one of their interactive
touch tanks.
Or join them
on one of their many
beach walks throughout
the Puget Sound.

Paddlers Cup and Expo
are held in downtown
Gig Harbor right on
the water. It features
competitive paddle racing

and demonstrations throughout
